Paradise Navigation SRL was founded in September 2017 in Constanta, Romania having the primary purpose to provide recruitment, crewing and management services for our Principal Paradise Navigation S.A. Greece. From the very beginning our intention was to also provide crewing and recruitment services for other Owners as well, seeing this as a way to extend our presence.

As we aim to have a professional approach while entering the Crewing market, we obtained authorization from Romanian Naval Authority to act as an authorized crewing agency under Romanian Law. Also, our Company is attested as being MLC compliant and ISM certified by DNV-GL.

For all crew handled by our office we provide operational assistance such us: meeting visas formalities, flight arrangements and procedures, certification, flag state applications and all other points related to safe embarkation/disembarkation of seafarers, issuing contracts and presenting terms and conditions, collaboration with ship agents, travelling agencies, external vendors, keeping updated files of sea staff in local shared drives, etc.

Crew management covers a wide range of manning activities such as: scouting, selection, recruitment, deployment training, ongoing management of the officers and other ratings engaged on merchant vessels. Our company services are offered for various ranges of merchant cargo vessels i.e. Tankers (Oil and Gas).

All our seamen are professionally competent, with good English skills, proper documents and STCW compliant certificates, special trainings, and extensive sea service records.
